Telco DWH Model is a standard industry data warehouse model applicable for Communications Service Providers (CSPs), Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), Multiple System Operators (MSOs), Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs), Fixed Telco and VoIP Service Providers. It covers all your traditional Business Intelligence requirements, regulatory requirements including GDPR and IFRS 15 and Big Data Analytics requirements.

Conformance of Telco DWH model® with TM Forum’s business process framework (etom) and information framework (sid)

We are committed to providing our customers with an industry standards-based model designed to support and adjust to our customers’ different needs from reporting and analysis to complex simulations and prediction models.

Telco DWH Model is TM Forum Frameworx 18.5 certified and a 100% SID compliant – it is using the same naming and terminology for aggregated business entities in business domains. Our model is using standard SID modelling patterns and building on existing SID architecture and involving some common Telco terms like Rate Plan (Tariff Plan) and detailed product classification (Billing products, Devices, SIM Cards, Vouchers, Packages…) Also, Telco DWH Model Dimensional data is organized around SID horizontal domains (Market/Sales, Customer, Product/Service, Resource, Engaged Party, Enterprise, Common Business Entities)

Big data analytics enabled

Telco DWH Model is also addressing new Big Data Analytics requirements, related to data from sensors, Machine to Machine data and Internet of Things. The model supports location-based analytics and content analytics functionalities and provides a foundation for integrating of structured and non-structured data for the unified analytical layer.
