Telco DWH model just got better!

We just updated our Data Warehouse Telco model! Version 4.1 brings you two new Subject Areas – Customer Experience and Artificial Intelligence Model.

Artificial Intelligence Model Subject Area contains entities related to Artificial Intelligence metamodel – all entities that describe models and related attributes, events, datasets, features, runs, results, and actions.

Customer Experience Subject Area contains entities that describe the result of an interaction between an Operator and a customer over the duration of the relationship. This interaction is made up of three parts: the customer journey, the brand touchpoints the customer interacts with Operator through different channels. The customer experience subject area contains entities for customer feedback summary and detail and net promoter score (NPS).

 

Telco DWH model 4.1

 

Sales Subject Area was extended to support sales plan, sales documents such as calculation, informal offers, and proposals. Part of the subject area related to partner commissions was also extended and improved.

In Revenue & Collection Subject Area in the new release, we have added functionality to support activities of collection agencies and claims.

Contact Center, Service Provisioning Management, and Quality of Service also got an improvement, and finally, GDPR Compliance Subject Area was renamed to Data Privacy Compliance Subject Area.
